The Alvararado St Brewery crew came through our spot and we put our heads together to come up with a total BANGER of a beer, y'all! Tropic Desert Imperial Kettle Sour with Prickly Pear, Mango, and Lime is going to absolutely knock your socks off. The prickly pear takes a dominant lead, while mango gives the sip rhythm and depth, and a touch of lime adds some zing. This beer is pleasantly tart with some agave sweetness on counterpoint, perfectly balancing this lovely 8% beer. It's seriously delicious.
